220 Central Park South was built by the Vornado Realty Trust as a residential skyscraper. It is situated in New York in Midtown Manhattan and is designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.
The building has 116 units on 70 floors and is the 10th tallest building in the city. Amenities include a wine cellar, a swimming pool, a children’s play area, private dining rooms, an athletic club, a juice bar, a library, a basketball court and a golf simulator.

220 Central Park South is the building with the most expensive apartment ever sold in the U.S., $238 Million dollars were paid for a total of nearly 24,000 square foot on the top floors of the tower.
