Tribeca wins the top prize for most expensive neighborhood in NYC, according to a report from PropertyShark.com and Hudson Yards has made the list for the first time ever, ranking as number two.
This list of New York City's most expensive neighborhoods is published quarterly and is calculated by median recorded sale price. Tribeca's median sale price was in excess of $4.3 million dollars and over $3.8 million dollars for Hudson Yards.
